    You are correct with weather conditions for Toronto and Quebec zones. I flew into Vancouver yesterday morning to be greeted with (2deg) wet and overcast conditions, then a short flight to Calgary (snow -0deg). Hire car to Banff (my destination) snow -2deg. Weather is improving on the western side as you said so hopefully work will begin shortly. It's 05.30am atm here in Banff and light snow -2deg.
