The notice gives me to understand that only 2 of the 3 directors will be put forward for re election but that REGARDLESS of the votes cast they will be returned as directors because the Corporations Act requires the company to have 3 directors as a minimum.
I also note the MD is not included in the directors being spilled from the board.
Anyone else get the same impression or have I misinterpreted the notice of meeting?
