It would really be appreciated if someone who attended the AGM...

It would really be appreciated if someone who attended the AGM could let us have some feedback in relation to questions that were not covered in the presentation.

Things such as:

- auditors report
- bonuses (did you know that the 2010 profit from continuing operations of $3,291,709 consisted partly of $813,637 of government grants and $2,952,487 of 'gain on bargain purchase'. Without these 2 items we would have suffered a loss of $474,415. As a result of the 'PROFIT' achieved with the 2 extraneous items some of the directors took a bonus! The following financial year there were 'impairments' of $6,055,873 and I believe that it included a write down of the 'gain on bargain purchase made the year before'. No one has confirmed or denied that at this stage!

- Thermo gel sales
- profit guideline
- current status of Mt Goh's finalisation of the option conversion
- any other discussions

As you can see there are a number of items where some answers would be beneficial to all shareholders.
