    Implied they had a cure for AIDS
    Set up at every US hospital
    A large International pharmaceutical had bought shares


    Ran all the way to $10.00 plus, MD's family trust was selling.

    MD served 2 years in jail, company delisted, investors wiped out.

    Sound familiar??
