Obviously you do not know Pete's connections. I was not quoting word for word from the prospectus. Stay focused on the inference rather than exact words and you may learn. Why would i spin ? I have no shares nor interest in the stock. I was just sharing unsubstantiated feedback. Read the company announcements re funding, timing etc then draw your own conclusions. I recall that new shares will be issued this month. No update seen on the contrary.
