This was also run into the ground and have just given away an asset because there is no audit evidence for it.
Lost over $4m for an unsecured loan to a company now bankrupt.
Not withstanding that this will be diluted with more than 2.6b shares. Then a consolidation.
The ASX has inquired as to how this is a going concern after the Auditors noted that they could not prepare the Annual report as a going concern.
As at Sept 30. There was just $51k in the bank. $45k listed as coming Admin fees.
Does ERI And MMJ have this history?
