“the transaction should complete in approximately 8 weeks from today's date.”
The above statement was 6 months ago. Completion is now approximately 4 months late.

[Note - It was stated in the first ann. that there are 3 growing seasons and
"year round sun light"
this was changed to 2 growing seasons in the subsequent ann.]

I wonder if the “maiden crop” is half way to maturity by now? I doubt it.
