All I could find was the company was registered in Hobart and were formerly known as B1 Pty Ltd. They’ve gone to some lengths to hide who they are. I think AusCann’s rise initially kicked off with mistaken identity when Cann got the Australian license and sort of ran from there. They look a dangerous proposition to invest in at the moment with that market cap and not alot to show for it in my opinion.
