Yes, I doubt that any of these (OKAP style) companies will ever become profitable. In the boom times it was possible, if nimble, to trade the pump and dump, although it was like spearfishing with sharks. Hopefully this business model will die out in the current market. Sharks will have to go on a diet for a while, even the dumb retail mug punter is becoming gun shy.
