Looks like they stuffed up the legal notices yet again because I'm certain Mantashe said that that existing applications were exempt when the moratorium was put in place in July.

Obviously they discovered that granting existing Applications with the Moratorium in place was challengeable so it looks like they will amend it to be a bit more specific.

Hopefully all it should take is another further Notice in the Gov Gazette listing applications that are exempt from the moratorium.

Would be nice to get some news!!!!!
