Agreed. In my opinion, We will see the full impact of increase revenue of A2MC in FY July 2019 to June 2020 as it doubling it marketing spend in 2nd Half 2019 and continue its marketing onto FY 2020. Therefore, its positive impact will be reflected on FY 2020 and beyond. not to mention the words of advertising among the consumers. My opinion for Revenue in FY 2019 is NZ 1.3b
As the mothers, parents and grandparents want the best for the infants, the non-A2 IF consumers will switch to A2 Infant Formula. The new parents will buy A2 IF.
Synlait will have the capacity to produce more IF.
Lets see what will be the market share in FY 2020 and beyond.
