As an American who lived through Sept 11, ( not trying to compare events) but that is exactly what happened in the Us before a plane hit the towers.Shorts went crazy, Today, with algorithms and sub second reading, Blackeyes statements as it relates purely to his market comments seem spot on me
A entire very good TV show Billions, is based on a real person who shorted sept 11( oversimplification but close)
