I think the shock value is gone from Jayne using A2M shares as currency. Has cost her already a lot of money and she will likely have a similar loss when she sells her next lot in August.
The more it is telegraphed, the lesser impact it will have in August. Remember, she will be selling into a record profit announcement.
As to why it should be news today in the NZ Herald for something that might happen in 6 months, well I assume they still are accepting paid content from external parties. There are still tens of millions of borrowed shares which need to be returned to their rightful owners.
