That's why they have a sophisticated multi channel strategy and are keeping low stock levels to almost just in time manufacturing. They will move stock in whichever channels is working best at the time and longer term keep opening up MBS channels in Tier 2, 3 and 4 cities. That will result in less dependency on diagou, but it only takes another IF disaster in China for diagou to have another growth spurt. This is something most of their competitors cannot match.
