P.s on that last one....
‘I have had more spondooliks to invest in the last 6 months.
I had previously intended to invest more with a2.
the Jane effect caused me to reconsider and although I did not sell...I did not buy either.
the first year I have not topped up.

anywat, breathing our n being totally calm is mega important to me... 
I have devoted my life to pioneering alternative health strategies.  I know what we need to do, how we need to be to prevent disease.
avoid stress is still top of the list.

im sure janes first six months.... has been a learning curve for her, the company the BOD and for us.
there is no doubt we have all learned so much from this.
its been a tough one on the stock market and a tough year with Trump and also China.

i believe we have come thrust the worst now..maybe it’s downhill all the way from here.
