Well it follows that proposed ideations of debt for equity swaps are far more palatable if the share price drops from 45c to 16c, especially if you are allowed to be the one to pull the lever. Stinks to the halls of hallowed Canberra if you want a laymans thoughts. A waft of why again are we in VA? Oh, it's all in the timing.
