Hi @sticktoproperty
I agree the corporate advisory here has been woeful, some of the worst I have ever seen
The stock was pumped to 40c+ when it had little revenue or prospects (compared to now). Since the previous lead broker mandate expired, they have essentially orphaned the stock, not a single mention anywhere in the market, to their client base, on twitter, no research etc. It looks to me like they have been dumping their clients out to support other failing listings of theirs
What SP3 management have to understand is there are some 2,000+ stocks on the ASX for punters to park their money. When you have directors, corporate advisers and all sorts pumping their stories and stocks all over twitter, research reports and roadshows etc, you have to do something to compete for investment. It's really unfortunate, but good financials no longer cut it. There are shells, literally assetless shells worth double SP3's market cap due to their promoters and backing ....
So we are really dealing with:-
A) poor shareholder communications and marketing
B) a previous lead broker selling their clients out
C) no one new promoting the stock or supporting on market
Essentially it is left to fight for itself and relies soles on the bland quarterly updates for newsflow
In terms of Tier 1 clients, I imagine there would be some confidentiality and that perhaps securing 1 site isn't an endorsement of a company wide take up. So for example it looks like we have secured TNT in Melbourne which is a subsidiary of Fedex ... this would be a huge marketing point if the company could confirm they have secured TNT, drop Fedex's name also etc, but for whatever reason they can't / haven't. At the end of the day, a few cameras in a few TNT' sites is nothing special, getting a contract to supply all of their NSW or QLD depots would be a different story
Hence why I am so keen on them to chase cannabis exposure. We aren't talking about 1 or 2 cameras to secure a depot or a building site, we are talking about real contracts, 8-10 cameras even for small sites. If they do a deal with a major cannabis company and are able to drop their name that they are providing the security, it will be an overnight game changer for the company
Security for recreational cannabis cultivation sites is on of the biggest issues they face, along with ensuring no unauthorised access for licensing (especially for hemp certification). This technology is a no brainer solution and everyone in the industry I've shown agrees
Lets keep our fingers and toes crossed SP3 convert one of the intros I've sent them
