here are a few extracts from the Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 2014 which is the up to date planning code for the area, it show the allowed type of uses and the Maximum area size that can be used in a in a dwelling to run a Business for land Zoned R3 in the Woollahra shire, CGB'S office at 24 Birriga Rd, Bellevue Hill NSW,2023 is Zoned R3 Residential.
The LEP 2014 clearly states land that is Zoned R3 (Residential) has a Maximum area of 75 Square meters of the dwelling may be used for a Home Business-offices- Commercial premises etc.
Seeing that CGB and Neil1959 have stated that more than half of this home is used as an office, are they complying with the Local Environmental Plan 2014 and if so have they sought permission and gained approval from the Woollahra Shire Council to run a Business from a Residential premises?

In my opinion this is not appropriate use of our funds, I would like to see CGB rent a legitimate office space that is fully accessible to all.
