They are would still be generating very little advertising across their sites. Whenever a company has run ads over multiple sites (ie Telstra, HSBC, Samsung, The Fitness Bike, and recently Dodo) has only lasted for short time then been canned - I assume because not enough hits.
I note the Vine is advertising on Central Station.
