Today will set the scene for the Opres Prime debarkle and ANZ. with the Beaconwood Court Hearing.
ANZ cannot hand the shares back, its impossible as its been sold already. However they can compensate.
Now this brings us to the important juncture.. will dom buy back DES? will Paul buy back?
If they do, the SP is sure to improve just on that volume alone.
either way, a take over or improvement is on its way a new board coming soon as well.
Looking at depth on sell side, resistance now at around 13 cents and all of the sellers from the investment newsletter are gone. (being careful not to name the company, I may get black banned again)
I continue to buy on market up to 10 cents.
