Agree - Managenet (sic..CEO) hold plenty of shares so to go with his $870,000 annual salray (see last AR) he gets another $250,000 top up - plus the weak Board will pay some sort of bonus on the result no doubt - so no need to add more to the dividend...on over $1.0million for a minnow....small cap....the share price has stagnated...it needs a change of management IMO!!!
