Dear managing director , As a strong shareholder and supporter of IDL I think the payout ratio and dividend was extremely mean proportionate to the earnings and cash flow. By your own admission sales and outlook is improving and I believe a dividend of 2 cents per share would have rewarded loyal shareholders in terms of return and also increasing share price rather than leaving the price stranded . Rewards should not only be confined to management and although I applaud your management and acquisitions { Huddys) shareholders who support the company over the long term should be encouraged to stay not driven away .
