There is a lack of meaningful information about this entire financing issue at the moment and I would really like Integra to issue a statement that sensibly explains what they are doing

On the 26th June (I think) IGR issued an announcement that the debt facility with Westpac was pretty much a done deal and that it would be used for "acquisitions".

Is this going ahead or is the placement the Plan B because the debt facility fell through?

If the placement is the Plan B then why are we now told that "The capital raising ... will predominately be used to fast track exploration, repay debt and for working capital purposes."

Something is not right here and a little communication with shareholders could go a long way right now.
