Only companies which are subject to the rule 4.7b have to report quarterly.
Once a company has had positive balance sheets for 4 quarters, they are no longer subject to rule 4.7b, unless they start making regular losses again.
Most mining companies, like biotechs, are non profitable, hence the quarterlys.
