Mercantile Investment Company Ltd has just become a substantial shareholder.  It’s chairman is Ron Brierley a long time corporate raider….. looks for under performing companies, strips assets and accesses accumulated tax losses.

Gabriel Radzymiski is MVT's executive director.  He is the founder and Managing Director of Sandon Capital Pty Ltd, a boutique investment management and advisory firm.  He is portfolio manager of the Sandon Capital Activist Fund, a fund targeting underperforming companies.  Sandon Capital also provides advisory services to shareholders seeking to implement activist strategies.

A precarious time for YBR..... Will there be a Y/E profit, will CBA renew their commercial bill in July 2018?  And I think MB's contract finishes around that time too!
