They've done an awesome job with designing the app. Not a single one of our customers have uninstalled the app and I get the same feedback from my colleagues.

A customer told me how they had to call an ambulance for her father the other week and how much easier it was to just open the app and show the paramedics the medication list. Some of our customers are full time carers and this saves them from having to carry a written list around with them or having to bring boxes of medications with them when going to doctors appointments.

At the other end of the age spectrum, we've also had customers use the carer mode function but for their children. They can keep track of how many doses and repeats their child has left on their asthma tablet or even their puffer!
