    re: 90c capital return - rivkin is now pushing for very good call jon, seems as though rivkin has enough of the company to call a meeting to push for a 90c capital return as you predicted, he has announced his intentions to do just that. i imagine it has quite a good chance of occurring. snx should probably hit that recent high of 1.05 again very soon (closed 97 i think).
