    MCR is one that has 'done it before'.. and given the minimal cost of restarting... looks like a great hold/buy for better times with big leverage.

    Given the macro environment with the US $ and extra liquidity worldwide from central banks.. I don't think it would take much for the investment community to push metal prices higher given all the stimulus..!!

    Perhaps while the Ni price is a little subdued.. MCR could do some cost effective exploration and drilling in preparations for better times.
