    basically its metal due for consignment from the LME to a wharehouse company (ie no longer available to be traded).

    it can then be used to
    1. issue a new warrant
    Or
    2. taken by a consumer

    at present (b/c interest rates are almost zero), the spread between current month, and 3 months out is flat as a tack ........(holding cost)....
