There's your problem.  The good reef was picked over by the old timers 100 years ago.  Long before health and safety officers, unions demanding 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and the invention of the big boring open cuts that look low grade but churn it out day in day out @ 1-2 g/t.  

I would not be racing to commission this mine.  After that it's endless cash burn and even more 3B dilution. Learnt that the hard way with Nick and Morningstar.
