Probably not, McGrath has a project marketing team, it probably wouldn't add a lot of value - unless they really liked the digital platform, but why pay 4+ mil for that?

Im more concerned that they will be in trouble over the next few months, from what I am hearing from real estate mates, sales have started grinding to a halt for investment product.   It will be interesting to see how the next 2 qtr cashflow reports go.
