Yes, the fact that the subsidiary was to be worth many times the market cap of NSP Holdings was a real stumbling block that management was up against time and again in the fund raising effort. It means of course that there was /is much value locked up in the IP which has scarcely been used effectively – a bit like a gold mine without a shaft, as well as the confluence with the ripe opportunity at this time in Asia.
