I was looking at the Medicann NZ website. Are you sure a company that has based its business model around licensing genetics that can simply be bought from Attitude seedbank will survive?
I get the registered genetics part of it which is a bonus to get out of the starting blocks early but I'm hearing from the industry here that the Victorian State government will move to bring in unlicensed Australian genetics into the system for their genetics service facility they have created.
The same thing will happen in NZ eventually so the Paradise seeds Sensi Stars etc that Aus and NZ growers are already growing illegal will be moved into the system through the back door and with that Medicanns buisness model disappears.
I'm just trying to figure out how this industry is going to shape up.
I get what JHL are trying to do. I just see no solid plan here. Anyone can put a vending machine in a chemist.
There has to be something else big happening in the background. Otherwise my money is gone.
