Maybe:----
The person who bought the 13m shares from ANZ is dumping the shares.
He may have started selling from 34 cts.
Another investor with a reasonable size of shares also want to liquidate.
Some people may have own personal reason why they sell.
Unless the company is having problems (depending on your beliefs)---nobody would dump 500k or even 2m of shares each time.
To maximise your return, you would drip feed into the market.
If it is not due to company problems, then they may have some strategy in mind or they just needed money desperately.

Maybe:--
A white knight has come in.
Why buy in when you know someone is dumping big.
See how low they are willing to sell to.
He reckons 17cts is a good price plus the big sellers portfolio are almost empty.
In he comes and he has very deep pocket.
Another knight may be joining him too.

These are all maybes but then again the maybes may not be maybes at all.
