Before Brexit, I always felt that Cornwall was way ahead in the race to get the first CETO 6.
WaveHub already has the infrastructure required, all that is needed is for the wave companies to bring in their devices to plug and play.
When Brexit was voted in and the generous incentives were withdrawn, Cornwall was dropped like a hot potato.
If they have a second vote, there might be a flicker of hope.
