"I believe" he was referring to a deal being signed and probably thought it would be announced on Monday, instead we got the options announcement.

It probably means we will have a contract announcement in the next couple of weeks....either way, the pipeline is full and there is more to come, that's for sure.

It has been a while since the LOI was signed with Vietnam. Probably right that it is due to be announced anytime.
