I think you need to check your numbers/facts.
At the 2010 AGM the price was 30c (last sale is down 75% from there).
At the 2011 AGM the price was 12c (last sale is down 37.5% from there).
Now you've told us you were not a shareholder then, so whoever is supplying you with 'information' is giving you false information.
Oh and at the 2012 AGM, the share price was 'conveniently' dipped below the 7c that the directors were all getting shares at (and we weren't offered). The vote went through seemlessly, without a question and then before a single promise is met, boom, there's a 7% profit for them. Nice work if you can get access to it.
