I heard that director Graham was building a new mansion and needed the money.
It was interesting watching the stock before the option was exercised - it looked like some manipilation to me. Graham lost a cool million on the original deal.
It will also be interesting to see who bought/sold the 3.9m parcel on 12th March.
If its the Yanks they will have to put out another notice. alternatively could be something boring like someone switching the holding to their super account.
