Can't see how it could be point #2. The Karara Funding Update announced on 25 May clearly states that funding has been approved for an additional $200m maturing in March 2019. So there's plenty of cash for ongoing working capital.
I suspect there's a simple reason for it. But lets wait and see.
Does anyone know the expected release date of the Q report this month?
