You obviously need to do more research on the company, there is nothing to sell liabilities exceed any assets and there is overhanging preference shares which would also need to be paid out.

Also likes of NFLX a multi billion dollar global company are hardly going to have any interest in a shell of a company like QFX, which has nothing to offer.
