The other thing....we have had a couple of cracks at 10 now and I think there will be another full forced one to see if sellers will this time let it run above into 11...12 etc.
Will be interesting as its good profit for people from these prices who are buying but with regular updates and management announcing a fair bit going on....we could be in line for some good commercial news soon imo.
