I agree, it did look dead and buried a couple of months ago, but with the immediate resumption of long wall, and future approvals now looking stronger - plus backing of Jindal - (in line with India's smart city program at Gujarat) - it could be a major turning point.
So looking a little optimistic.
Also very few sellers out there, - imagine the major holders are sitting very tight.
Have got hold of a chunk, and well worth the wait - at least until long wall approval.
