HT1 I'm talking the fact that AFR is declaring the winner and yet there has been no official statement from FirstState or their owners - that I have seen... the assumption I am making therefore being that an insider of significant enough repute has leaked the information about the decision for AFR to be confident enough to print.
The extrapolation of that assumption being that if there are leaks to journos, then there are leaks to mates...
