Interesting discussion on M&A and cap raising.
At the 1/2 year, IFL had net debt of $29m. Market cap is $2.662B Could they borrow $1B and not do a cap raising? Yes, I think they could, and with debt so cheap, that may be a better way to go, rather than equity. If they did do a cap raising, I suspect that it would be in the $300 to $500m range, with the bal coming from debt.
Thoughts?
