There where lies on both side of the augment and I don't think people knew what Brexit would entail, as far as I know but do enlighten me if you can

I'd say it's those that a pro brexit that don't want a second vote because they fear they will lose that put up that argument
With much more understanding of what brexit would entail voters would be in a much better position to make an informed vote, dare say the turnout would be better.
Democracy has a little flaw in that with a slim majority win you have a near equal divided position, this is compounded when voting is not compolsary
