While I agree with you entirely, what you have to take in full consideration is that these people are classified and/or fall within the meaning of protected species.
And ASIC has been defined times and times again as being just a gummy old tiger which only drink out of baby bottle because they have no teeth to chew on anything.
And if you look at the past history they always use the same excuse...............they haven't got the resources to do anything while letting the crooks and conmen to get away with murder while screwing their shareholders alive.
What they did with AMP while the shareholders and investors/customer were screwed no end, is totally beyond beliefs, while it was all done under the nose of ASIC too.
