But really OIP is just an appendage to ESG and as such ESG won't want OIP to onsell their CSG assets to someone else, and ESG does not want an independent board .. that much is obvious. They probably want to just keep OIP "tame" (hence their call to replace the OOP board with ESG "friendlies") until ESG management are ready to move to OIP as the AOR boys moved to DTE. Otherwise why wouldn't they buy OIP as its so cheap at present (its CSG resource is currently being valued at $0.008 per GJ of CR .. ridiculously low).
