I said it before, and I say it again. Be very careful. This smacks of VRE and all the garbage that occured before it's demise. I am not a share holder, however was looking at it. Some might berate me for saying this, but for those who want to listen, then do so. For those who don't, then ignore me etc etc. (but don't get personal). But for your own sake, tread carefully and do your sums.
