L1 needs lots of money spent on it to fix the leak and L2 is declining in production already because it is on the edge of the gas field and the water level isn't far down.

Get a hold of the third quarter report - should be on the ASX site. In financial terms the company is a basket case and is relying on the oil still in the ground to get someone to fund the repair to L1. Based on the report they must just about be totally out of cash right now.
