    Sept Q rep stated they sold copper at av USD3.27/lb. That seems in line with copper price during that period. Why the over-payment? What sort of formula were they using if it wasn't in line with average spot prices?
    Also at 30sept, Csh $1.7m, plus due from DYL $3m, =$4.7m. Secured debt $4.4m. What's the big problem?
